Tiberius Aerospace, Inc. (“Tiberius,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Agility and Lethality platforms. This page describes how we obtain your consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) and how you can manage your messaging preferences.

What Messages You May Receive

By opting in, you may receive the following types of messages from Tiberius:

• Account notifications — password resets, two-factor authentication codes, and account security alerts
• Transactional updates — order confirmations, shipment tracking, and delivery notifications
• Platform alerts — important updates about your account status, bid responses, and marketplace activity

We collect your consent to receive text messages through one or more of the following methods:

• Account registration — when you create an account and provide your mobile phone number, you may check a box to opt in to receiving text messages
• Account settings — you can enable or disable text message notifications at any time through your account notification preferences
• Explicit opt-in — when enabling two-factor authentication via SMS, you explicitly consent to receive verification codes by text message

Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to text messaging to use the Tiberius platform or purchase any goods or services.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification preferences. Typically, you may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Tiberius does not charge any fees for sending text messages, but your carrier’s standard messaging rates may apply.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving text messages from Tiberius at any time using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP — reply STOP to any text message you receive from us
• Account settings — log in to your account and disable text message notifications in your notification preferences
• Contact us — email support@tiberius.com or call (949) 000-0000 to request removal from our messaging list

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. You will not receive any further text messages unless you opt in again.
